Who you are: A minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in the SaaS sector within regulated environments. Expertise in Angular, Java Spring Boot, and comprehensive knowledge of the AWS cloud platform. Demonstrated ability to lead sizeable engineering teams and deliver substantial technical projects efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical teams and senior management to ensure alignment of engineering outputs with business objectives. Proven strategic and analytical abilities to navigate and excel in a fast-paced, tech-driven landscape. Fluent in English.
