Who you are: You possess 4 years of experience in project management within a SaaS, preferably in a B2B environment. Skilled in overseeing both deployment and service desk / support functions, you ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. An exceptional communicator, you manage relationships with stakeholders across diverse teams effectively. Your analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to navigate the challenges of a fast-paced tech environment. Fluent in English.
