12 Months Fixed Term Contract, Full Time (35 hours per week) Please note that we do not currently offer any Tier 2 sponsorship. About the role We are now seeking a Senior Rent and Service Charge Officer (Finance) - someone to be influential in helping build the Service Charge module in our CX system. You will review and analyse current service charges to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant legislation - this will be significant in implementing the data into the new system. You will work with and support the rent and service charge lead to deliver Rent and Service Charge projects across the business and you will lead on the presentation of service charge accounts to residents, answering and owning any queries raised from this. About you We’d like our Senior Rent and Service Charge Officer (Housing) to have experience in a similar role and environment. You will have experience of carrying out resident consultations and of dealing with complaints. With an understanding of service charge systems, you will have proven ability to build relationships with a number of stakeholders. You will be organised with excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel. Additional Information Whilst the role is advertised as working at The Garth, there will also be an opportunity to work remotely, with an expectation to work at the office on average 2-3 days per week.
