Responsibility: As a Clerk Orders, you will: Handle counter & Telesales, ensuring excellent customer service Capture and process orders using Epicor software Manage stock control & reordering to ensure smooth operations Answer phone inquiries and assist customers efficiently Support the sales team with administrative and quotation tasks Requirements: Grade 12 qualification 4 years of relevant experience Proven telesales experience & strong irrigation knowledge Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with Epicor Strong organizational and administrative skills
