Senior .Net Developer - Entity Framework

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer / Team Lead to manage and guide our development team in delivering top-notch software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, and Azure Cloud, along with demonstrated experience in team leadership. Key Responsibilities : - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring smooth project execution and successful delivery. - Project Management: Define project goals, establish timelines, assign tasks, and monitor team performance. - Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient .NET applications using .NET Core and Entity Framework. - Front-End Development: Oversee front-end implementation using Angular, ensuring seamless integration with back-end services. - Azure Cloud Expertise: Utilize Azure Cloud services for application deployment, monitoring, and management. - Code Reviews & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement best development practices. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal application performance. - Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to introduce new ideas and improvements within the team. Required Skills : - Strong expertise in .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Angular. - Proficiency in Azure Cloud services, including deployment, monitoring, and application management. - Proven ability to lead and manage development teams effectively. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder and team collaboration. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, and Azure Cloud. - Prior experience as a Team Lead is mandatory.
