Technical Electrical Sales Representative

Our client, a company specialising in residential, commercial and industrial lighting and electrical, as well as home automations and solar, seeks a driven and practically-orientated Technical Sales Representative to join their team. The position will mainly be based at the office in Paarl, but also involves some traveling to clients and suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining new and existing relationships with clients by providing sound technical advice, and goes the extra mile to meet sales targets. In return, our client offers a remuneration package that includes a combination of basic salary & commission. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: Proven sales experience in the electrical/lighting/solar industries; Thorough knowledge of electrical, lighting, and solar components; Excellent interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English); Good computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel); Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
