Laastedrif Agri (Pty) Ltd. , is an established, commercial agricultural enterprise, specialising in the cultivation of fresh fruit and vegetables. Laastedrif Agri serves a range of local supermarkets as well as international markets. Laastedrif Agri has the abovementioned position available at the production unit situated near Touwsrivier . The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional planning, time management, and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to maintain good relations. The suitable candidate will be responsible for the following pertaining to vegetable production, as well as future fruit orchard development: Independent business unit and productivity management Recordkeeping and reporting Management of best farming practices All other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: Relevant qualification in Agriculture; At least 5 years practical experience in the cultivation of vegetables; Proven knowledge & experience with cost management; Strong computer skills (MS Office, specifically Excel); Good labour relations knowledge; Willingness to work after hours as per industry requirements.
