RAM Engineer Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Recruitment for For our client who is a cutting-edge technology company developing next-generation rail systems we are looking for RAM Engineer . In this role, you’ll lead RAM efforts across our innovative railway projects, ensuring top-notch performance and compliance with industry standards throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your responsibilities Develop and implement RAM strategies for railway projects in line with industry standards (e.g., EN 50126, EN 50129). Conduct detailed RAM analyses to enhance system performance and reduce lifecycle costs. Define and monitor key reliability metrics for rolling stock, trackside equipment, and control systems. Support failure mode analysis (FMEA, FTA) and reliability testing alongside the engineering team. Work closely with homologation and safety teams to meet regulatory compliance requirements. Collaborate with external suppliers, certification bodies, and operators to ensure RAM strategies meet operational needs. Document and report RAMS findings, contributing to the product lifecycle from concept to certification. Employer requirements 5 years of experience in RAM engineering (preferably in the railway sector). Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related fields). In-depth knowledge of railway system reliability standards (e.g., EN 50126, EN 50129). Proficiency in RAM analysis methods and tools (FMEA, FTA, RBD). Experience with predictive maintenance strategies and condition-based monitoring. Strong analytical and structured working approach with a hands-on attitude. Proficient in English (written and spoken technical documentation). Familiarity with software tools like ReliaSoft, Isograph, or similar is a plus. Experience with railway signaling, rolling stock, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable. German language skills are an advantage.
