Requirements: 25 years of experience in a helpdesk environment (software troubleshooting). Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. Experience in customer service or tech support is preferred. Familiarity with helpdesk software and remote troubleshooting tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and within a team.
