Senior Golang Engineer - Backend Architecture

We are looking for a Senior GoLang Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team. This role involves designing and developing scalable backend systems, ensuring high-performance applications, and implementing best coding and security practices. If you are passionate about solving complex technical challenges and working on large-scale projects, we'd love to hear from you Key Responsibilities : - Backend Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using GoLang. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions. - Code Quality : Implement best coding practices, SOLID principles, and test-driven development (TDD). - Performance Optimization : Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and system performance tuning. - System Reliability : Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance and reliability. - Integration : Ensure seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party services. - Documentation & Agile Process : Maintain technical documentation and follow agile methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Experience : At least 4 years focused on GoLang. - Backend Expertise : Strong knowledge of GoLang frameworks like Gin, Echo, Revel, or GORM. - Scalability & Performance : Proven experience in building fault-tolerant, high-performance applications. - Database Management : Proficiency with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other relational and NoSQL databases. - Cloud Experience : Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud services. - CI/CD & DevOps : Hands-on experience with Concourse, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. - Testing & Best Practices : Strong understanding of unit testing, test cases, and SOLID principles. - Problem-Solving : Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. - Communication : Strong documentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
