Showroom Design & Sales Consultant

LOCATION: Salt River, Cape Town RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve sales targets, manage top-selling and slow-moving stock. Market products to existing customers and introduce new items. Oversee stock management, including tagging, labeling, and stock counts. Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints. Manage financial transactions, invoices, and payments. Lead and support team members. Prepare and edit documents, ensuring accuracy. Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow. Use software like Pastel, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. Able to solve problems and maintain confidentiality.
