Job Description

Minimum Requirements: Experience: At least 2 years in a management role, with a strong emphasis on sales experience. Completion of a 2-week training program. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, and inventory control. Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional work environment conducive to employee growth and development. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
