Job Description
Working Hours: Mon to Fri- 0800 to 16h00  Key Responsibilities:  Manage debtors and creditors accounts using Xero Accounting software Perform general office administration tasks Prepare and maintain monthly payment schedules Conduct data capturing and ensure accurate record-keeping Organize and manage filing systems Process invoices and ensure timely payments Assist with various administrative duties as needed  Qualifications:  Proficiency in Xero Accounting and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.) Previous experience in debtors/creditors management and general administration Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Â
