Duties: Expatriate Tax Compliance & Advisory Ensuring tax compliance for expatriates, advising on residency, double tax treaties, and foreign tax credits. Global Mobility & Assignment Structuring Optimizing salary structures, tax equalization, and mobility policies for multinational clients. SARS Engagement & Dispute Resolution Managing SARS audits, tax disputes, voluntary disclosures, and compliance issues. Business Development & Client Management Leading client engagements, identifying growth opportunities, and managing expatriate tax programs. Team Leadership & Training Mentoring staff, conducting tax training, and staying updated on global tax trends.
