Technician – Dispensing Machines

Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, installations, de-installations, servicing, and repairs of coffee and water machines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry technologies, products, and services. Ensure timely job completion and effective communication with the team. Verify compliance with quality, safety, and production standards, ensuring optimal equipment performance. Maintain a clean and safe workspace in the workshop. Keep the company vehicle clean, operational, and fuelled for daily tasks. Conduct stock-take as required. Collaborate with Customer Sales and Support to contribute to business growth. Perform additional tasks as required by the business. Qualifications & Experience: Valid Drivers License. No criminal record. Presentable, well-spoken, and customer-oriented. Matric certificate (Tertiary Electrical Qualification is an advantage). Experience in electrical and plumbing work. Refrigeration experience and certification (an advantage). Familiarity with thermostats, heating elements, and solenoids. Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and think critically.
