Job Description
Job Description : Key Responsibilities : Technical Expertise : - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a strong focus on Power Apps development and integration. Team Leadership : - Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of developers and analysts. - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. - Make critical decisions related to project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Cross-functional Collaboration : - Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Contribute to high-level architectural decisions and ensure alignment with overall business goals. - Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks and dependencies across multiple teams. Solution Design & Development : - Lead the design, development, and configuration of complex CRM solutions, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and other relevant technologies. - Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices, scalable, and maintainable. - Oversee the implementation and testing phases, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Technical Support & Troubleshooting : - Provide technical support and guidance to the team and end-users. - Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to CRM functionality and integration. - Continuously monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications : Must-Have : Marketing Experience : - Proven experience in a marketing-related role is essential. Strong Technical Skills : - In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including its core components, customization options, and integration capabilities. - Expertise in Power Apps development, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Power Automate workflows. - Experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions across various business functions (sales, marketing, service). Technical Skills : - Experience with CRM customization and configuration (workflows, business rules, forms, views). - Experience in integrating CRM with other systems (ERP, marketing automation platforms, e-commerce platforms). - Strong understanding of data structures, APIs, and integration methodologies. Good-to-Have : - Experience with other CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle Siebel) - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework - Experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure) Key Skills : Leadership & Communication : - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Problem-Solving & Analytical : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Project Management : - Experience in managing projects effectively, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in programming languages (C#, .NET) and scripting languages (JavaScript) is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
