Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js

Job Description : - 4-5 years of Full Stack Development experience using-. - Backend : Java Spring Boot (Microservices architecture preferred),. - Frontend : React.js (Experience with Next.js is a plus). - Database: Proficiency in working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. - CI/CD & DevOps: Experience with GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes for automating deployments. - Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of AWS or Azure is beneficial. - Event-Based Systems: Basic knowledge of Kafka, SQS, or ActiveMQ. - Agile Methodology: Comfortable working in an Agile team environment, participating in regular sprints and scrums. Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills, ownership acumen, and be able to deconstruct complex problems & projects into execution detail. What do we expect? - Develop and maintain web applications using Spring Boot for the backend and React.js for the frontend, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency. - Build microservices using Spring Boot, integrating them with front-end components built using React.js. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze technical requirements, transforming them into functional and scalable solutions. - Work closely with internal teams to design software architecture that is both scalable and secure. - Ensure architectural best practices are followed for both frontend and backend development. - Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript (React.js). - Build reusable components for the front end and modular services for the back end. - Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. - Deploy applications and manage updates, ensuring smooth performance post-deployment. - Revise, update, refactor, and debug code to improve existing software and resolve issues. - Optimize code for performance and scalability.
