Spa Therapist

Job Summary: As a Spa Therapist at our luxurious 5-star Boutique Hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Your role involves providing personalized services, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer care, and contributing to a serene and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. Conduct consultations to understand guest needs and preferences. Recommend appropriate treatments based on guest needs and expectations. Deliver a range of spa services such as massages, facials, body treatments, and hydrotherapy according to the hotels standards. Provide aftercare advice to guests to enhance their spa experience and well-being. Treatment Delivery: Perform spa treatments with a high level of skill and professionalism. Customize treatments based on individual guest needs, using appropriate products and techniques. Ensure the treatment rooms are set up and maintained to a 5-star standard before and after treatments. Product Knowledge & Retail: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all spa products and services offered. Promote and sell spa products and services, providing professional advice to guests on their benefits and uses. Hygiene & Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations and ensure a clean, safe, and tidy environment. Sterilize and sanitize all tools and equipment before and after use. Ensure all spa protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to, maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness at all times. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving guest experiences and operational efficiency. Assist with training and mentoring junior staff members, if required. Administration: Manage bookings and schedules efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction and spa revenue. Keep accurate records of guest treatments, preferences, and any special requirements. Report any maintenance or inventory needs to the Spa Manager promptly. Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field. Proven experience in a luxury spa or 5-star hotel environment. Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation. Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
