Financial Manager / SAIPA Accountant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Customer invoicing, statements, and debt collection (including key accounts). Bank receipt allocations and reconciliations on SAGE. Processing and reconciling creditors invoices and payments. Managing monthly payroll reconciliations and balance sheet clearing accounts. Overseeing financial reporting, fixed asset register maintenance, and site cost reconciliations. Handling office petty cash, Netcash debit orders, and banking transactions. Compliance management, including license renewals (PAPA, PSIRA). Training and overseeing junior clerks. Requirements: ✔ Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Financial Accounting (SAIPA accreditation beneficial). ✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in a financial accounting role. ✔ Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook (SAGE experience beneficial). ✔ Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, integrity, and ability to work under pressure. ✔ Other: Own transport required, availability for occasional after-hours or weekend tasks. 🔒 Note: Candidates must be comfortable working in a security-related environment and be willing to sign an NDA. 💰 Salary: Market-related, with potential for a discretionary performance bonus. 📩 To Apply: Send your CV to jadewcp.co.za
