Planner

Reporting to the Head of Planning, this role optimizes inventory and demand planning to balance customer needs and costs. Ideal for an analytical professional eager to grow in supply chain management. Key Responsibilities: Forecast demand across all sales channels, leveraging data and market trends. Optimize inventory levels, minimizing stock-outs and excess stock. Analyze sales trends and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement inventory strategies (ABC analysis, safety stock, and reorder points). Collaborate with teams to enhance supply chain efficiency. Provide market insights and recommend product adjustments. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business. 3 years in demand planning, inventory, or supply chain (retail experience preferred). ERP & planning software proficiency (Odoo, Syspro, SAP, JDA, and Microsoft Dynamics). Strong Excel skills and data analysis expertise.
