ICT Support Administrator

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Support Administrator to provide advanced technical support, maintaining, and optimizing complex IT infrastructure systems. The successful candidate will manage high-level escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions for network, server, and storage issues. You will also support infrastructure solutions, ensuring system availability, security, and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades, support cloud and on-premise systems, and contribute to infrastructure projects, will be a key part of this role. Requirements: Completed qualification in an IT related field. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA, VMware, Linux, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, EC Council CEH, Security, CISSP, Fortinet FCP, or FCSS. Minimum of 5 years of experience in: Network administration and support for firewalls, switches, Wireless (Fortigate & Cisco), and VPN client connections. Windows 2012 and newer Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP administration. Linux administration. Backup and recovery. Virtual environment administration and configuration. Strong DB administration knowledge for MySQL.
