Job Description

Key Responsibilities Head Guide Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of professional field guides and trackers. Conduct guided game drives, walking safaris, and immersive wildlife experiences. Ensure exceptional guest experiences tailored to individual preferences. Oversee the maintenance and compliance of safari vehicles and equipment. Uphold high guiding standards, conservation practices, and FGASA compliance. Lodge Anchor Responsibilities Support lodge management in daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Assist with hosting, guest relations, and activity coordination. Oversee front-of-house responsibilities, including check-ins and guest engagement. Work closely with all departments to maintain seamless service delivery. Assist with administrative tasks, reservations, and reporting. Requirements Head Guide: FGASA Level 2 (or equivalent), Lead Trails Guide preferred. Professional Certifications: Valid First Aid, PDP License, ARH, DEAT/THETA registered. Lodge Anchor: Strong background in luxury hospitality, front-of-house operations, and guest relations. Minimum three to five years of experience in a luxury lodge setting. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. A passion for conservation, exceptional hospitality, and high attention to detail.
