Personal Trainer

Job Title: Personal Trainer We are seeking a highly motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our team and assist individuals in achieving their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create personalized workout plans for clients of all fitness levels. Responsibilities: - Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout plans for clients - Provide one-on-one training sessions and group fitness classes - Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and nutrition - Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed - Maintain a clean and organized workout space - Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and certifications Requirements: - Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, etc.) - CPR/AED certification - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and inspire clients - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition - Previous experience in personal training is preferred If you are passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you.
