Sales Manager – Motorhomes

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Motorhomes Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations of our motorhome division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales background in the motorhome or RV industry, and a passion for the product. This individual will be responsible for managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and driving growth in a niche market. Minimum of [5-7] years in sales, with at least [2-3] years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the motorhome, RV, or automotive industry. Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of the motorhome market, customer needs, and industry trends.
