What you will do Participate in new product (and process) development, in compliance with Group & Local strategies during the whole Stage & Gate process from lab till post launch; Perform research on basic raw materials (existing/new) to improve current quality and organoleptic characteristics of existing product portfolio; Understand the characteristics and influence/interaction of the ingredients used in the specific candies to ensure stable product quality and efficiency of production process; Contribute in performing Competitor research following trends, CIT, Patents to define new projects with the aim to keep PvM product portfolio future ready; Contribute to define technological solutions aimed to sustain the breakthrough innovation pipeline in accordance with company long term strategy; Transfer the Process information, Recipes, Product specifications to the local country with the PvM tools; Travel abroad for support/tests/start-up if needed. Our Perfect Candidate Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Technology, Food Engineering or other scientific education; 2-3 years of experience as Food Technologist; Know-how in confectionary area; Know-how of raw materials and its functions; Good communication skills; Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks to deadlines; Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize, and monitor the progress; Ability to work with different cultures.
