SAP Techno-Functional Consultant - ABAP/SD/MM Modules

Location : Guindy, Chennai (Work from Office Only) Experience : 7-12 Years Job Type : Full-time Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in ABAP, SD, and MM modules to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP R/3 and possess excellent technical and functional skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide exceptional support to our SAP environment. Responsibilities : - Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to the team. - Ensure quick resolution of technical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. - Develop and optimize SAP applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals. - Perform coding, testing, documentation, and debugging of SAP applications. - Provide operational support, including on-call assistance, to ensure smooth system operation. - Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations. - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices. Required Skills : - Extensive experience in SAP ABAP development, with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience. - Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules. - Proficiency in SAP R/3, ABAP Workbench, ALV reports, Dialog Programming, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) ABAP. - Experience with SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Business Data Communication (BDC), Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), and IDOCs. - Solid understanding of debugging, performance tuning, and system analysis techniques. - Excellent communication and multitasking skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module. - Knowledge of other SAP modules (i.e., PP, QM) is a plus. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Certification in SAP ABAP or related modules.
