Assistant Maintenance Manager

Education : Diploma or trade qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Experience : 3 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a luxury hospitality or remote lodge environment. Technical Skills : Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Experience with generators, borehole systems, and water treatment plants is an advantage. Familiarity with HVAC systems and solar power installations. Soft Skills : Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and in remote locations. Other Requirements : Valid drivers license. First aid certification (advantageous).
