Interior Decorating Shop Sales Assistant

Education : Matric (Grade 12) required. Diploma or certification in Interior Design, Retail, or Sales (advantageous). Experience : 1-3 years of experience in retail, interior décor, or a customer-facing sales role. Previous experience in a home décor or furniture store is a plus. Skills & Competencies : Passion for interior design and décor trends. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Basic knowledge of fabrics, color coordination, and styling. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills. Other Requirements : Ability to work weekends and public holidays, if required. Attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
