Job Description

MUST HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A LODGE MANAGER. Guest Services: Ensuring high customer satisfaction by addressing guest needs and handling complaints. Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising lodge employees, including housekeeping, kitchen, and front desk staff. Operations & Maintenance: Overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, and ensuring the lodge is clean and functional. Financial Management: Managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring profitability. Marketing & Sales: Promoting the lodge, managing bookings, and ensuring high occupancy rates. Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
