Job Description : Seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to oversee the development, customization, and integration of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers. Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience : 8 to 12 years (Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration) - Location : Bengaluru - Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications. - Soft Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities : - Platform Management : Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Custom Application Development : Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. - Integration : Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools. - Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code. - Project Management : Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all requirements and specifications. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and CSM. - Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs. - Knowledge of database concepts and SQL. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. - Previous experience in a technical lead role (ref:hirist.tech)
