You will ensure that licensees adhere to their licence conditions, focusing on rental payments and tenant-like conduct, take necessary enforcement actions, and manage referrals of complex cases to specialist teams. Providing occupants with appropriate advice on housing options and support to secure permanent accommodation, and referring vulnerable applicants for additional support, are key aspects of the job.
