As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will: Lead the development, planning and implementation of a quality early childhood education program. Lead, monitor, support and encourage the development of professional supportive relationships between Educators and parents at the Centre. Uphold the rights of all children and acknowledge the place of childhood as a unique and critical part of human lifespan and development. Guarantee the principles and practices which frame the early childhood profession in Australia and underpin our work with and alongside children, families and colleagues.
