The Position Their escalating market prestige and profile has resulted in rapid growth so we are seeking a highly self-motivated professional to join their Finance & Admin Team. They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee our financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MYOB AccountRight, handling all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Sales Administration, Banking, and General Administration. Bookkeeping Platform: MYOB AccountRight Key Responsibilities Accounts PayableData entry with accuracy and efficiency.Supplier Account Reconciliations to ensure up-to-date records.Supplier Payments: Process payments and manage timelines.Supplier Correspondence: Handle communication regarding payment inquiries and issues.Accounts ReceivableIssuing Sales Invoices: Timely generation of sales invoices, including job progress claims.Recording Receipts: Ensure accurate and timely recording of payments received.Builder Account Reconciliations to ensure up-to-date records.PayrollWeekly Payroll: Prepare payroll for up to 40 employees using Single Touch Payroll (STP).Payroll Tax Returns: Complete monthly payroll tax returns and handle year-end reconciliation.Superannuation Contributions: Process superannuation payments to relevant funds.Sales AdministrationProgress Claims: Prepare documentation for job progress claims.HBCF Insurance Applications: Complete applications for new projects when required.Correspondence: Manage follow-up communications regarding account-related inquiries.BankingReconciliations: Reconcile NAB bank accounts and company credit card accounts.General AdministrationCash Flow Management: Update and maintain the company cash flow documents.File Management: Keep up-to-date and organized AP, AR, payroll, and employee files.Office Supplies: Manage the ordering of stationery and canteen supplies.Insurance Management: Renew company insurances and maintain related files.Company Vehicles: Administer vehicle registration, CTP renewals, and maintain vehicle files. Key Requirements Proficiency in MYOB AccountRight. Experience with Single Touch Payroll (STP). Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to manage high-volume data entry and reconciliations. Excellent communication skills for managing supplier and client correspondence. Previous experience in a similar role involving financial and administrative management. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks. Why Join Us?
