Tasks & Responsibilities Full-time Criminal LawyerManaging a caseload consisting of summary and indictable mattersActing for Private clients (non-legal aid)Attending client conferences and obtaining instructionsPreparing submissions and negotiating with DPPRegularly appearing in various courts, including for appeals, breaches and bail applicationsPreparing correspondence including written advice and briefs to counselWorking with some of the best criminal barristersExcellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skillsGreat attention to detail in drafting.
