ABOUT THE ROLE Embark on a journey - Caring for others is truly a calling. Utilise your warm & caring approach to make a meaningful difference to the lives of older people. Home Care Workers provide services to our customers who live in their own homes. You will provide high quality care and support services in accordance with the individual needs and wishes of each older person and, in doing so, you will enable them to remain living at home independently. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide excellent customer service. You will follow the tasks as directed per the Support Plan, such as personal care, general housekeeping and assistance. The role is to deliver services with compassion, integrity and dignity. We are looking for proactive, energetic, empathetic individuals to undertake the following tasks: providing support to clients with domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation. assisting clients with personal care support including, showering, toileting and feeding assistance. assisting to your clients with transportation, e.g. to appointments, shopping and leisure outings. building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with clients and their families. adherence to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our clients safe. ABOUT YOU We currently have positions available for individuals, who are committed to providing excellence in care and the best possible quality of life to our residents.
