About Us We are a leading, small company who is well established within the medical industry. Our company is offering an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our small, dedicated and tight-knit group. Our office is conveniently located in the Silverwater/Auburn area. If you are seeking a position where you will be exposed to all facets of the business then this may be the position for you. Your key responsibilities will include: Inbound/Outbound customer service calls and emails Internal sales and quote follow ups General Office Procedures Filing, Scanning, Faxing etc; Liaising with internal staff, including warehouse staff, suppliers and customers Basic reporting (when necessary) The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will be a bright and cheerful person who possesses a professional phone manner, a strong work ethic and sound computer skills. The successful applicant will also possess the ability to work proactively, multitask and be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail within a fast paced environment. Clear, fluent, well spoken English is required. A drivers licence is required for this position. Hands on experience in the above responsibilities is required. Experience working in small business will be highly regarded. What's On Offer The opportunity to work for a leading local company in a small friendly environment. A full-time salary of $55,000 - $60,000 p.a plus leave loading and superannuation is on offer dependent on experience . Potential to earn more with internal bonus structure based on company KPI achievements.
