Job Description
About the role We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at KompleteCare Community and Home Care Pty Ltd in Kilburn, South Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining strong customer relationships. What you'll be doing Accurately record weekly financial activities Generating and sending invoices, statements and reminders to customers Following up on overdue accounts through phone calls, emails and letters Resolving customer billing inquiries and disputes Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system Collaborating with the finance team to ensure the accounts receivable process is efficient and effective Providing regular reports on accounts receivable performance Analyze and enter daily billables Data entry, scanning and accounts team duties Cover tasks for other accounts team members during periods of leave What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role, preferably within the community or healthcare services industry Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and success of the company What we offer At KompleteCare, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
