Our trainers provide a hands-on approach to ensure our members are continually progressing and striving to reach their full potential. We are on the search for a highly motivated group trainer who has a genuine passion for health and fitness and wants to make a positive impact on peoples’ lives. About the role: Our team is the face of our business; they play an integral part in our growth and success. As part of the Fitstop team you will be surrounded by a strong and passionate community, while working alongside the Fitstop owners, trainers and our members your key responsibility will be to inspire our members through exceptional group training sessions, you will have a strong focus on member growth and retention by building and maintaining relationships with members and the local community. In turn, you will receive workplace flexibility and continuous personal and professional development to advance your career progression. Our trainers are paid for the sessions they take and we offer them the an uncapped opportunity to earn by running their own PT Business from our location (outside of session times) absolutely free - no rent, no cut to us, and all we ask is that you bring the best energy to all of our Fitstop sessions, participate in initiatives, get amongst the Fitstop methodology and become a part of the family We are looking for an exceptional trainer, willing to go the extra mile to give our members the absolute best hour of their day, every day.
