About the role This is a great opportunity for someone with hands on experience to Undertake process activities safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner to support the achievement of the Company’s business objectives. Multiple Positions available. Key Responsibilities • Undertake process work activities, using standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure deadlines are met in a safe manner. • Packing of blended product to various container sizes • Filling, packing and palletising of products on Small Pack or 5L fill line as needed • Labelling of containers • Organisation and housekeeping throughout factory • Assist with filling • Safety awareness • General housekeeping and cleaning • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and Company policies. • Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, statutory obligations, policies, procedures, and standards always. • Be alert for potential hazards and take corrective action as appropriate. • Provide feedback on problems identified. • Understand your role, obligations, and impact in relation to safety behaviours. • Contribute to team commitment and actively always contribute to a positive teamwork environment. • Communicate openly, honestly and with integrity always. • Observe, attend, and report any abnormal operating conditions to the appropriate management. • Continued and ongoing vigilance to ensure risks are minimised/negated. • Additional duties as directed by management Essential Requirements • Previous experience working in a fast paced process work environment • OH&S knowledge • Flexible working hours and available to work OT when and if required • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. • Excellent time management skills • Experience in working as a part of an operational team-based environment. • Reliable and good work ethic and problem-solving skills • Ability to comply with Company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements Why work at the DGL Group?
