Administrative Assistant / Pre Construction Co-ordinator

We are a leading pool builder in the Brisbane area. We pride ourselves on positive team culture and providing a great customer experience. We are seeking a highly motivated administration assistant to join our team. Flexible work hours are possible for the right candidate. Construction related experience is great, pool experience is even better but not necessary. Part-time to start. Full time options may be available for the right candidate. A proven track record of managing workflow and applying a high attention to detail to complex tasks is required. This could be in the form of a university degree or previous administrative or managerial employment. Construction company experience is preferred. Examples of the work to be carried out are: Communication with customers, staff and suppliers Placing orders for pool shells, equipment and materials Assisting in lodging Building Applications Lodging Warranty claims Managing Facebook Ads and Posts Working with Google Drive, Word, Excel, Email & Job Management Software Data Entry Three days per week to start based at our office in Chermside. Potential to increase hours as skills are gained and salary is negotiable above the rates advertised for seasoned pool construction staff. The personal attributes required to be successful in this role are: Thorough attention to detail Effective time management and organisation skills Google Drive, Word, Excel, Email and computer experience Professional conduct in person, on phone and via email Positive and friendly attitude to co-workers and customers Confidence to speak up and address issues We recognise and reward staff that deliver above average results.
