Your impact, with us As our highly valued Clinical Research Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Principal Investigators, Co-investigators, and the Advara HeartCare National Research Team supporting our Cardiology research clinics at Leabrook and St Andrews. You’ll play a critical role in conducting and coordinating clinical trial activities in the state, ensuring they are executed in compliance with Advara HeartCare SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and national and international regulations. You’ll make a meaningful impact by: Coordinating and conducting study assessments and collecting data per protocol, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and policies Collaborating closely with investigators to ensure protocol-specific assessments are scheduled according to timelines and investigator availability Providing clear and compassionate communication to study participants, championing best patient outcomes Establishing and organising study files, including regulatory binders and other required materials Screening subjects for eligibility and ensuring recruitment targets are met What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: A background in nursing, pharmacy, or relevant health sciences, or previous clinical trials experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team A passion for contributing to high-quality, evidence-based outcomes in cardiac research We would also love you to have: Cardiology background highly valued AHPRA registration is a plus IATA training preferable Experience with clinical trials software and MS Office suite Why Advara HeartCare We’re a values-driven organisation where every person matters.
