If you’re looking to be part of a high-energy team shaping the future of business payments, this is the place to be About the roleWe’re looking for a Digital Experience & Conversion Specialist to take ownership of our conversion funnels, landing page optimisation and web performance. This role is critical in ensuring our digital presence is continuously optimised for speed, performance, and conversion. You’ll be responsible for analysing user behaviour, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall user experience and conversion rates.Collaborating with teams across the business, you’ll be empowered with design & development resource to bring your tests and ideas to life at pace.This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a data-driven approach, and the ability to move fast. You should be comfortable managing site performance, setting up tests, iterating quickly, and driving measurable improvements. ResponsibilitiesConversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to improve funnel conversion rates and enhance landing page performance.Funnel Analysis & Optimisation: Identify drop-off points in the user journey and develop strategies to improve conversions across our marketing and product funnels.Landing Page Optimisation: Build, test, and optimise landing pages to improve customer acquisition and engagement.Website Ownership: Manage and maintain the performance, usability, and structure of the pay.com.au website to maximise engagement and conversions.Google Analytics & Data Insights: Own Google Analytics (GA4), analyse user behaviour, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.Performance Monitoring: Ensure site speed, usability, and SEO best practices are met while continuously optimising for better performance.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align strategies and deliver amazing user experience.Technical Execution: Implement tracking, analyse heatmaps, and use tools like Google Tag Manager to ensure we’re capturing the right data and insights About youAt least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRO, or website optimisation.Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping tools (e.g., Hotjar, Fullstory).Proven ability to execute A/B testing and data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates.Experience managing website performance, landing pages, and optimisation strategies.Ability to work quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Data-driven and highly analytical, with a strong ability to extract insights and turn them into action.Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms is a plus.Experience working with product, marketing, design & development teams to improve digital experiences.A problem-solver with a bias for action—able to identify opportunities and execute improvements rapidly.
