Our mission is to make this the most authentic NYC food experience in the city. Duties include: Preparing ingredients according to Chef's specifications, including chopping, peeling, and slicing Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Prepare and serve food at the expected standard set by Brooklyn Boy Bagels Maintaining Cleanliness and order in kitchen Routine Kitchen Tasks Design efficient cooking processes with minimised wastage Respond promptly to customer needs Assisting Chef with Cooking food items as needed Overseeing systems to adhere to strict food safety standards Ensuring high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment Support the Chef in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience A love of New York and American food, both traditional and contemporary The ability to produce an exciting, executable menu in our café Creativity Proven experience of working within a kitchen Focused on attention to detail Job Type: Full Time or Casual
