About the Role In this newly created role and under the wing of an experienced Commercial leader, you will partner with sales leadership to drive sales planning and execution of strategy for all sales initiatives across Domain's core listings business - aligning cross-functional teams, overseeing large projects, analysing financial results and aligning strategic goals with financial performance. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely and have high-visibility into Commercial Leadership, as a "right-hand person" to the Head of Sales. You will have the freedom and resources to think, create and roll out new "outside the box" solutions to problems, in a role that can truly be built around the individual according to your strengths and where your passions lie. In a typical day you can expect to: Partner with sales leadership to drive the sales planning and strategic execution of sales initiatives, setting annual goals for teams based on wider national strategy. Manage the quarterly sales cycle to determine how results are tracking and what is needed for next quarter. Build briefs for marketing teams and sales kick-off content for new product / feature launches and initiatives. Invent and lead sales planning for interesting and novel campaigns, initiatives, bundles, promotions, discounts to boost sales in particular regions or product sets. Lead quarterly reviews for the Sales Plan with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Tech, Marketing and more). Lead the business casing and overseeing of large challenge / opportunity projects. Support the Head of Sales to understand the "why" behind financial results - working with Finance to explain variance to budgets, link strategic initiatives to forecasts, and how to best articulate financials to ELT and the wider business. Our Ideal Person: ESSENTIAL: Experience leading and optimising Sales Performance in a similar role. Evidence of building and implementing sales strategies at a senior level. Experience in a complex business / matrix environment. Proven financial acumen Strategic and creative thinking. Experience preparing and executing on strategic and marketing briefs. Ability to navigate executive-level and senior stakeholders. Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across business functions. BONUS POINTS: A background within the Real Estate, Digital or Saas industry. Experience working with tech portals or listings platforms.
