About the Role Inspire the team for success- achieving budgets and KPI's Lead by example and demonstrate your top customer service skills Coach and lead the team- teach your skills Maintain consistent store operations- stock management, rostering and VM Interpret reports and make effective decisions for the store Requirements: Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role. Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
