Job summary: Looking for candidates available to work: Monday: Morning, Afternoon Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon Thursday: Morning, Afternoon Friday: Morning, Afternoon 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Working rights required for this role Expected salary: $74,000 - $78,000 per year Prepare, format, and ensure the accuracy of graphic files for printing. Carry out digital printing pre-sets using accurate digital design software and set up files for plates using Sakurai 5 colour software for offset printing Utilise computer-based equipment for tasks such as scanning, colour separation, colour correction, masking, creative design, combining, imposing, and retouching. Conduct pre-press checks, including colour management, file integrity, and resolution. Operate pre-press equipment and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Preps, etc.) to produce high-quality print output. Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure projects meet all technical specifications. Address any pre-press-related issues that may arise and troubleshoot to ensure minimal production delays. Ensure the efficient handling of pre-press workflows and maintain accurate records. Operate various photographic equipment and systems to reproduce digital designs onto films, plates, or other output media. Work with computer software to create and combine visual elements such as text, images, and layouts for print and digital use. Conduct digital and traditional proofing to ensure accurate reproduction of designs. Review and adjust printed proofs to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Be proficient in using Hexicom and Dolphin to maintain an efficient workflow.
