This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative/Manager to join a market leader in the food manufacturing industry. Trumps is looking for a highly motivated and confident sales professional that can use their industry knowledge and can-do attitude to identify new business opportunities, build key partnerships, managing QLD-based Accounts and sell high quality products into health food stores and independent supermarkets throughout QLD. About the role To be successful in this role you will: Have at least 3 years’ experience in the FMCG/ Health Food environment or sales role and a proven track record in achieving sales targets Have high level organisational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build strong key customer relationships Manage multiple accounts and stakeholders Possess effective problem solving and negotiation skills Possess strong computer and administrative skills Have a passion for sales, the health food industry, and the products you are selling Ability to work autonomously Have a Can-Do attitude & energetic enthusiasm to maximise your territory Reporting to the National Account Manager – Retail Brands, your duties will include, but may not be limited to: Regular visits to your accounts Brisban Analysing and interpreting sales data to identify growth opportunities Developing opportunities to expand business – new products and partnerships Achieving sales and profit targets Developing and implementing strategic customer plans Customer pricing management Developing solid product knowledge in order to create customised solutions that best meet the customers’ needs If you have solid sales experience, can excel in a competitive environment and are looking to take the next step in your career then we’d love to hear from you.
