You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions to customer requests. Being the first point of contact for the business, your ability to build rapport and on-going customer relationships over the phone will be highly valued Your responsibilities will include: Owning a customer support ticket from start to finish to ensure that SLA’s are met throughout the lifecycle Assisting customers with software enquiries Taking chat support requests from the queue to provide chat support to customers Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution Remote and/or onsite upgrades for all HSO software Provide exceptional customer service Your skills: The ability to prioritize/multitask and meet deadlines Great communication skills A positive, outgoing, and friendly personality A passion for customer service Experience working in a customer service/fast paced environment – highly desirable Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related concepts Experience working with computers (MSOffice, navigating screens etc.) – we’ll teach you the rest What is in it for you?
