Customer Success Manager

Gridware is looking for a highly motivated and personable Customer Success Manager who is passionate about cybersecurity to strengthen client relationships and guide them through our ecosystem of our services. This role would suit someone with 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused role who enjoys building connections, maintaining regular client engagement, and ensuring our clients get the most value from our expertise. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for client check-ins, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and priorities.Guide clients through Gridware’s range of services, identifying ways to add value.Proactively follow up on engagements, ensuring a seamless experience.Support the sales and delivery teams with insights gained from client interactions. What We’re Looking For 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, ideally in a professional services or B2B environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.A proactive and organised approach, with a focus on follow-through.An interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to learn (no technical background required).Availability for a full-time contract position.
