Job Description Our Connected Technology Group (CTG) defines and drives the digital, data and technology strategy for KPMG. Your Opportunity We are seeking a talented Communications Engineer to join our team and provide national infrastructure services, specifically real-time collaboration services, in a consistent, reliable, secure, and efficient manner within agreed service levels. You will ensure that our unified communications services deliver cost-effective, reliable, and feature-rich services across KPMG's National and International offices. Job Responsibilities: Undertake analysis, technical design, implementation, and maintenance of voice and unified communication networks, including Skype for Business, Telephony, Number Management, Contact Centre Operations, and Teams Voice. Provide consultancy and policy guidance for KPMG voice network technologies and solutions. Produce detailed designs, implementation and test plans, and develop communication engineering skills. Support KPMG by addressing service queries and resolving problems with Unified Communications solutions. Deliver onsite and remote IT support effectively and efficiently in accordance with SLAs to meet satisfaction standards. Ensure accurate and relevant work note information for each ticket, detailing troubleshooting steps and resolution actions. Maintain accurate documentation compliant with KPMG’s Quality and Project Management systems. Follow communication mediums in the order of: Voice, IM, and Email. Be customer-focused and organized, delivering completed projects on time. Identify and recommend areas for process improvement to Team Management. Maintain industry certification standards across the Voice Technology stack. How are you extraordinary? Proactive Innovator: You actively identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance service quality. Experience and Skills Required: Proficiency with MS Office, Connectivity, Problem Solving, Coding & Scripting, and Technical Hardware. Experience using ServiceNow and understanding of ITIL knowledge. Proven capability in relationship management and leadership. Ability to implement standards and best practices for voice communications and voice-related projects. Maintain standardized documentation across the Voice Technology stack. Commitment to honouring SLAs and ensuring no breaches occur.
